Cook with us from Italy! Excited to offer these one of a kind Italian cooking classes from Italy.
Join AnnaMaria and Mariaemilia from Palazzo Torriani as they share Italian recipes handed down through the generations. We will be LIVE with you cooking these delicious dishes.
Sunday September 6th 2pm CST
Crostini con spuma di mortadella (a mousse made with ricotta cheese and mortadella)
Tortelli di ricotta (green ravioli with ricotta and parmesan cheese) with butter and sage
Sunday September 20th 2pm CST
Uccellini scapati (beef rolls with sage ham and parmesan cheese)
Meringa (meringue with cream and fresh fruit)
The concept is to have a full course Italian meal broken down into two classes. First class is antipasto and pasta courses. The second class will teach you to make a second course and dessert.
The cost for the classes are 35 euros for each class, but if you choose to book both classes at the same time the cost is 60 euros for both. There is a group rate of 10 euros for each additional person after the initial payment of 35 euros for one class or 60 euros for both classes.
