Keith - Susie is planning an Italy trip for me later this year and has been amazing! She is very upbeat, friendly, and professional. She is extremely responsive (usually responds to emails within 24 hours). She is very accommodating with ways to reach her through Facetime or Facebook Messenger. Our experience with Susie at Tuscany Easy Travel was amazing!!! It was a once in a lifetime vacation without the worry or stress of planning a trip. Susie helped us organize our wedding celebration in the mountain town of Marradi. There was a fantastic cake, photos, celebrations, drinks, appetizers and so more more. We truly felt special as it was a unique event for us. We got to stay at Palazzo Torriani, which is full of so much history. It was a really neat experience.
