Join us from Palazzo Torriani for a Cooking Class
Join us virtually from Italy and learn to cook authentic Italian dishes with AnnaMaria and Mariaemilia! From their beautiful kitchen in Palazzo Torriani Marradi Italy, they will share their family recipes handed down through the generations.
Two cooking classes will be offered in April. The first class you will learn how to make an antipasto and fresh pasta course and the second class will include the main course and dessert. At the end of two classes, you will have learned how to make an entire Italian meal! AnnaMaria and Mariaemilia hope to share a few Italian cooking tips along the way!
What’s on the Menu for April Classes
On April 11th at 2pm CST we learn to make Crostini con porri e formaggio (toasted bread with leeks and cheese) and Spaghetti alla Carbonara (spaghetti with eggs and ham)
On April 25th at 2pm CST we learn to make Arrosticini di pollo (seasoned chicken) and Mattonella di Rocotta (ricotta cake)

What is the Cost
● 35 Euros for one class
● 60 Euros to attend both classes in one month
