Purchasing Wine Instructions
Before heading to purchase your wines you will need to have a bit of information. Because we will be discussing specific wines Brunello, Chianti, and Prosecco it will be important to know what to look for. These three wines come from a particular region of Italy. So to insure that you get a verified wine we have attached some photos and that will help you to confirm with confidence that you have the correct wines. Each of these wines will need to have a label on the neck of the bottle with either DOCG or DOC plus the Chianti will need to have the famous Black Roster displayed on the neck of the bottle as well as the one of the other labels (DOCG or DOC) Look at the examples below. Monica will cover all this labels with more detail during the class. Please make sure to send me a message if you have any questions.
