INFORMATION
When: Thursday July 16th and Thursday July 30th Class starts at 5pm Central standard time.
Cost of class: 35 euros each class, discount 60 euros pre-booked both classes (group setting additional 10 euros per person one device re: computer or phone)
Payment for the classes can be done through paypal account susie.macklem@gmail.com
It is not necessary to take both classes the first class will focus on antipasto and pasta, the second class will focus on the second course and dessert. Completing both classes you will have a full course authentic Italian dinner.

Once you have paid for the class you will receive a list of ingredients to purchase, plus an instructional video for prepping for the class.
These classes are intended to have you cooking like an Italian and wowing your guests with classic Italian dishes.
Menu for July 16th Class:
A typical Italian antipasto made with round bite sizes pieces of bread covered with peppers, mozzarella and basil.
*Crostini estivi con peperoni, mozzarella e basilico
Tagliatelle Pasta made with eggs and flour with typical sauce made with tomatoes garlic, olive oil basil and parmesan cheese
*Tagliatelli al pomodoro
(We will also make a quick demonstration on how to shape and stuff ravioli using the same egg and flour mixture)

Menu for July 30th Class:
This class will focus on the second course which is lemon chicken dish a favorite of Mariemilia. *Nodini di pollo al limone
Traditional Biscotti of Tuscany
*Cantuccini toscani
This dessert is severed with a sweet Italian wine the cantuccini is dipped in the wine for a unique sweet combination of flavors.
