First Italian Live Cooking Class from Italy 2021
AnnaMaria and Mariaemilia of Palazzo Torriani. helped us learn to make Mozzarella in carrozza (Fried mozzarella sandwich) and Risotto alla milanese (Milanese Risotto).
Before we see the photos of the our last class I would like to show off the skills of Caroline from Iowa. She has been with us since our very first class in July of 2020.
AnnaMaria and Mariaemilia are teaching this young lady how to make some great Italian food with the help of her Grandmother Karen. We are so thankful for their support.
We would like to thank all of the people that have supported this new adventure with us. Adjusting from a travel company to a Live video cooking class has been a huge transition for myself and Palazzo Torriani. It has been so humbling to have such a fantastic group of people that trust us with their Sunday afternoons. We hope that all of you joining us will one day trust us with your travels to Italy. Looking forward to the day we will be eating together at the beautiful 500 year old Italian villa of Palazzo Torriani.
